So funktioniert's
Lade dein PDF hoch, gib eine Kopf- und/oder Fußzeile ein und lade dann das Ergebnis herunter. Alles passiert in deinem Browser — aktiviere den unter den Textfeldern angezeigten Seitenzahl-Platzhalter, und er wird auf jeder Seite automatisch eingefügt.
Kann ich Seitenzahlen im Kopf- oder Fußzeilentext hinzufügen?
Ja — die Textfelder unterstützen Platzhalter für die aktuelle Seitenzahl und die Gesamtseitenzahl (siehe den Hinweis darunter). Tippe sie ein, und sie werden auf jeder Seite automatisch ersetzt, z. B. „Seite 1 von 12“, „Seite 2 von 12“ und so weiter.
Wird dadurch eine vorhandene Kopf- oder Fußzeile ersetzt?
Nein — es zeichnet neuen Text über der Seite; falls das PDF bereits etwas in diesem Bereich hat, werden beide angezeigt. Lass ein Feld leer, um es zu überspringen.
Can I add different text to the header versus the footer?
Yes — they're separate fields; fill in one, both, or leave either blank to skip it.
Can I control the font size or position more precisely?
The header sits at the top and footer at the bottom of each page, centered horizontally, in one built-in font and a neutral gray color — separate controls for font, size, color, or left/right alignment aren't available yet.
Will this overwrite an existing header or footer already on the page?
No — new text is drawn on top of the page. If there's already content in that area, both will be visible; leave a field blank to avoid adding anything there.
Can I add today's date automatically instead of typing it in?
No — only two placeholders are supported: {n} for the current page number and {total} for the total page count. There's no date or time token, so if you want today's date in the header or footer, type it in as plain text.
Does the header/footer skip the first page, or can I apply it to only some pages?
It's stamped on every page the same way, including the first one — there's no option to skip a page range or start numbering partway through yet.
