Hoe wordt het bijsnijdgebied berekend?
Het kader dat je tekent wordt gemeten als een percentage van de breedte en hoogte van de pagina, en vervolgens toegepast op elke pagina — zo blijft het proportioneel gelijk, ook als pagina's van formaat verschillen.
Kan ik een bijsnede ongedaan maken?
Bijsnijden verandert alleen wat zichtbaar is (het crop box van de pagina) — bewaar altijd je originele bestand, want deze tool werkt op een kopie en wijzigt niets totdat je downloadt.
Can I crop each page differently?
No — one crop area, measured as a percentage of the page, is applied uniformly to every page in the file.
Does cropping delete content outside the box permanently?
The content outside the crop box is hidden from view, and your original file is never modified — always keep the original if you might need the full page later.
Will cropping change the file size?
Usually only slightly — cropping changes what's visible, not the underlying embedded content, so don't expect the significant size reduction that Compress PDF provides.
Can I type exact crop measurements instead of dragging?
No — selection is drag-only, there's no field for entering millimeters or inches. For a precise crop, zoom in on the preview in your browser first so the box lines up exactly where you want it.
