Upload je PDF, typ een koptekst- en/of voetteksregel, en download dan het resultaat. Alles gebeurt in je browser — zet de paginanummer-plaatshouder aan die onder de tekstvelden wordt getoond en deze wordt automatisch op elke pagina ingevuld.
Kan ik paginanummers toevoegen aan de kop- of voetteksttekst?
Ja — de tekstvelden ondersteunen plaatshouders voor het huidige paginanummer en het totale aantal pagina's (zie de hint die daaronder wordt getoond). Typ ze in en ze worden automatisch op elke pagina vervangen, bijv. "Pagina 1 van 12", "Pagina 2 van 12", enzovoort.
Wordt een bestaande kop- of voettekst hierdoor vervangen?
Nee — er wordt nieuwe tekst boven op de pagina geplaatst; als de PDF daar al iets heeft staan, worden beide getoond. Laat een veld leeg om het over te slaan.
Can I add different text to the header versus the footer?
Yes — they're separate fields; fill in one, both, or leave either blank to skip it.
Can I control the font size or position more precisely?
The header sits at the top and footer at the bottom of each page, centered horizontally, in one built-in font and a neutral gray color — separate controls for font, size, color, or left/right alignment aren't available yet.
Will this overwrite an existing header or footer already on the page?
No — new text is drawn on top of the page. If there's already content in that area, both will be visible; leave a field blank to avoid adding anything there.
Can I add today's date automatically instead of typing it in?
No — only two placeholders are supported: {n} for the current page number and {total} for the total page count. There's no date or time token, so if you want today's date in the header or footer, type it in as plain text.
Does the header/footer skip the first page, or can I apply it to only some pages?
It's stamped on every page the same way, including the first one — there's no option to skip a page range or start numbering partway through yet.
