Comment ça marche
Importez votre PDF, saisissez une ligne d'en-tête et/ou de pied de page, puis téléchargez le résultat. Tout se passe dans votre navigateur — activez la variable de numéro de page indiquée sous les champs de texte et elle se remplit automatiquement sur chaque page.
Puis-je ajouter des numéros de page dans le texte de l'en-tête ou du pied de page ?
Oui — les champs de texte prennent en charge des variables pour le numéro de page actuel et le nombre total de pages (voir l'indication affichée en dessous). Saisissez-les et elles sont remplacées automatiquement sur chaque page, par ex. « Page 1 sur 12 », « Page 2 sur 12 », et ainsi de suite.
Cela remplace-t-il un en-tête ou pied de page déjà existant ?
Non — il ajoute un nouveau texte par-dessus la page ; si le PDF a déjà quelque chose dans cette zone, les deux s'afficheront. Laissez un champ vide pour l'ignorer.
Can I add different text to the header versus the footer?
Yes — they're separate fields; fill in one, both, or leave either blank to skip it.
Can I control the font size or position more precisely?
The header sits at the top and footer at the bottom of each page, centered horizontally, in one built-in font and a neutral gray color — separate controls for font, size, color, or left/right alignment aren't available yet.
Will this overwrite an existing header or footer already on the page?
No — new text is drawn on top of the page. If there's already content in that area, both will be visible; leave a field blank to avoid adding anything there.
Can I add today's date automatically instead of typing it in?
No — only two placeholders are supported: {n} for the current page number and {total} for the total page count. There's no date or time token, so if you want today's date in the header or footer, type it in as plain text.
Does the header/footer skip the first page, or can I apply it to only some pages?
It's stamped on every page the same way, including the first one — there's no option to skip a page range or start numbering partway through yet.
