入力可能なPDFフォームを作成
PDFにテキストボックスやチェックボックスを配置して、画面上でそのまま入力できるようにします。
使い方
1. PDFをアップロードします。2. テキストボックスかチェックボックスを選び、ページ上でクリックしてドラッグして配置します。3. ダウンロードすれば完了——誰でもPDFリーダー上でその場所に直接入力やチェックができるようになります。
どんな種類のフィールドを追加できますか？
文字で答えるためのテキストボックスと、はい/いいえや選択式の質問向けのチェックボックスです。申込書や同意書、受付フォームなど、日常的なフォームで最もよく使われる2種類のフィールドです。
フィールドはどのPDFリーダーでも動作しますか？
はい——これは標準的な本物のPDFフォームフィールド（入力可能なPDFで使われているのと同じ種類）なので、Adobe Acrobat、Preview、ブラウザのPDFビューア、ほとんどのモバイルPDFアプリで動作します。
自動でフォームに入力してくれますか？
いいえ——これは空のフィールドを追加するだけです。自分で入力して署名も加えたい場合は、代わりに「入力と署名」をご利用ください。
Can I add radio buttons, a dropdown, or a signature field?
Not yet — this tool adds text boxes and checkboxes only, which is what most everyday forms need. If you're after radio buttons or dropdown menus you'll need a fuller form editor. If you just need to sign a form, use Fill & Sign instead — it adds your signature directly.
Can I mark a field as required?
No — every field this tool adds is optional. Whoever fills in the PDF can leave any of them blank; there's no built-in check that stops them.
How does the filled-in form get back to me?
However you'd normally collect a PDF — the person saves or prints it from their PDF reader and emails it to you, same as any other document. This tool just adds the fields; it doesn't collect or store submissions for you.
