Will resizing crop any content off the page?
No — pages are scaled down or up to fit within the new size, not cropped, so all original content stays visible.
Can different pages in my PDF end up different target sizes?
No — one target size applies to every page in the output file.
Does resizing affect image or text quality?
Content is scaled proportionally as vector/raster data, not re-rendered at low resolution, so quality holds up well at normal size changes.
Can resizing make small pages bigger, not just shrink them?
Yes — if your PDF's pages are smaller than the size you pick, they scale up to fill it, the same as oversized pages scale down. Enlarge a page a lot and any embedded images can look a bit softer, since the same pixels now cover more paper, but nothing gets stretched or distorted.
