What kinds of fields can I add?
Text boxes for typed answers, and checkboxes for yes/no or tick-the-option questions — the two most common fields on everyday forms like applications, consent slips, and intake sheets.
Will the fields work in any PDF reader?
Yes — they're real, standard PDF form fields (the same kind used by any fillable PDF), so they work in Adobe Acrobat, Preview, browser PDF viewers, and most mobile PDF apps.
Does this fill the form in for me?
No — this only adds the empty fields. To fill one in yourself and add a signature, use Fill & Sign instead.
Can I add radio buttons, a dropdown, or a signature field?
Not yet — this tool adds text boxes and checkboxes only, which is what most everyday forms need. If you're after radio buttons or dropdown menus you'll need a fuller form editor. If you just need to sign a form, use Fill & Sign instead — it adds your signature directly.
Can I mark a field as required?
No — every field this tool adds is optional. Whoever fills in the PDF can leave any of them blank; there's no built-in check that stops them.
How does the filled-in form get back to me?
However you'd normally collect a PDF — the person saves or prints it from their PDF reader and emails it to you, same as any other document. This tool just adds the fields; it doesn't collect or store submissions for you.
